Evides uses an integrated water engineering system

The water company Evides is one of the largest drinking water suppliers in the Netherlands. Together with Its4U, Realworld created an integrated water engineering system, called ProPlan. This enables project engineers to access different systems through a single interface, so that the project information from these different systems can be made available quickly and transparently.

Many water companies in the Netherlands have been managing their distribution networks with the Smallworld GIS system already since the nineties. In the course of time, the water companies have undergone changes as a result of mergers, political decisions, supervision and benchmarking.
